USALEGALOPINION is a PAID ADVERTISEMENT. USALEGALOPINION is not a lawyer referral service, pre-paid legal plan, legal services organization or advertising cooperative. USALEGALOPINION is not endorsed, approved or recommended by any State bar association. Attorneys pay a fee to have USALEGALOPINION provide their contact information to you when you submit a legal question.
The list of attorneys that appears on the screen in response to your submission of an inquiry does not identify every attorney authorized to practice law in the practice area or zip code you select.
USALEGALOPINION limits the number of attorneys who will appear on the screen in response to your submission of an inquiry. The limits are based on practice area and geographic area. USALEGALOPINION sells only five (5) listings per each practice area and zip code.
USALEGALOPINION does not review or analyze the information you submit to the website. USALEGALOPINION automatically identifies attorneys that meet your objective search criteria and provides you with the names of the attorneys who have purchased the rights to answer questions submitted with a particular search criteria. USALEGALOPINION does not attempt to identify an attorney that is particularly skilled to handle your legal issue.
The decision to hire or engage the services of an attorney should not be based only on the information contained in this advertisement. Any decision regarding which attorney to engage should be based on an independent investigation of all facts and circumstances that you deem relevant in making the decision.
You are not required to retain an attorney that responds to your inquiry submitted to USALEGALOPINION. USALEGALOPINION will never refer you to a specific attorney or service. You have complete discretion in deciding which attorney to retain, if any. Your selection of an attorney shall be your sole responsibility, and USALEGALOPINION shall not have any liability related to your selection. It is entirely your responsibility to make sure that the terms on which you engage an attorney listed in USALEGALOPINION are acceptable to you. USALEGALOPINION shall not share in any legal fees paid or payable by you to a listed attorney.
You shall utilize USALEGALOPINION at your own risk. USALEGALOPINION makes no representation regarding the attorneys who respond to your legal inquiry. USALEGALOPINION does not guarantee the likelihood that you will find an attorney through USALEGALOPINION.
USALEGALOPINION makes no promise, warranty or other guarantee about the completeness, accuracy or truthfulness of the attorney information contained on USALEGALOPINION. The information on USALEGALOPINION, including, but not limited to, each listed attorney’s contact information and areas of practice, is provided and based on representations by, and is the responsibility of, the attorney. At the time an attorney submits an application to be listed in the USALEGALOPINION, the attorney must represent that he or she is a member in good standing in the state(s) in which he or she is admitted. USALEGALOPINION does not verify the attorneys’ representations.
USALEGALOPINION does not recommend or endorse any listed attorney and/or the services he or she provides. USALEGALOPINION also does not guarantee or make any representations regarding the competence, the integrity, honesty or trustworthiness of, the qualifications of, the quality of advice provided by, or the ability or suitability of, any attorney.
The fact an attorney has indicated in USALEGALOPINION that he or she practices law in one or more areas of practice is not intended to imply or constitute a representation that such attorney is more expert or competent than any other attorney in that practice area. In addition, such an indication also does not mean that the attorney is a specialist in such practice area, possesses specialized knowledge in such practice area, or has been certified by any state bar association or any other organization as a specialist or expert in such practice area.
The listed attorneys are not employed or screened by USALEGALOPINION. The fact an attorney is listed in USALEGALOPINION is not intended to imply and should not be interpreted to mean that such attorney is more capable or more qualified than any attorney not listed in USALEGALOPINION.
USALEGALOPINION is not a law firm, does not render legal services and is not, and does not intend to hold itself out as, a law firm. USALEGALOPINION or the use thereof does not establish an attorney/client relationship. Also, USALEGALOPINION will not interfere with or influence your choice of attorney and will not have the ability to, nor will it, influence or affect, any relationship between you and any attorney you choose to retain or with whom you choose to communicate. All communications between you and an attorney should not be shared with any person representing or employed by USALEGALOPINION.
The information contained in USALEGALOPINION and this website does not, and shall not be construed to, constitute legal advice. The effectiveness of any legal advice rendered by an attorney should depend on the attorney’s familiarity with the underlying facts; thus, nothing provided in this website or in USALEGALOPINION should be considered a substitute for the informed advice of an attorney. USALEGALOPINION also will not advise you on legal issues.
USALEGALOPINION is not and shall not be liable for any claim, loss, cost or liability that arises out of or relates to your use of USALEGALOPINION or any attorney that provides or fails to provide legal services to you, the provision by an attorney of false or misleading information to USALEGALOPINION or the failure of an attorney to meet its responsibilities under the rules and regulations of the state(s) in which the attorney is licensed to practice law. USALEGALOPINION fully disclaims any and all liability directly or indirectly arising out of or relating to the information contained in, use of or services available through USALEGALOPINION or for the results or consequences of any representation of you by an attorney listed in the USALEGALOPINION.

Florida: The hiring of a lawyer is an important decision. Before you decide to hire the lawyer, ask that lawyer for written information about that lawyer’s qualifications and experience. A Florida lawyer will furnish to a potential client upon request: (1) a factual statement detailing the background, training, and experience of each lawyer or the law firm; and (2) written information setting forth the factual details of the lawyer’s experience, expertise, background, and training in such matters if the lawyer limits his or her practice to special types of cases or clients.

Memberships and offices in legal fraternities and legal societies, technical and professional licenses, and memberships in scientific, technical and professional associations and societies of law or field of practice do not mean that a lawyer is a specialist or expert in a field of law, nor do they mean that such a lawyer is necessarily any more expert or competent than any other lawyer.
A description or indication of limitation of practice does not mean that any agency or board has certified such lawyer as a specialist or expert in an indicated field of law practice, nor does it mean that such lawyer is necessarily any more expert or competent than any other lawyer.
All potential clients are urged to make their own independent investigation and evaluation of any lawyer being considered. This notice is required by the Supreme Court of Iowa.
Kansas: Any attorney listings or other information pertaining to a particular attorney or law firm on this site constitutes a paid attorney advertisement, and do not in any way constitute a referral or endorsement by an approved or authorized lawyer referral service.

The form must contain the lawyer’s full name and business address; date and jurisdiction for initial admission to practice; date and jurisdiction of each subsequent admission to practice; and name of law school and year of graduation. Anyone considering a lawyer should independently investigate the lawyer’s credentials and ability.

Any certification as a specialist, or any certification in a field of practice, that does not state that such certification has been granted by the Supreme Court of New Jersey or by an organization that has been approved by the American Bar Association, indicates that the certifying organization has not been approved, or has been denied approval, by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the American Bar Association.
New Mexico: Any certification by an organization other than the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization does not constitute recognition by the New Mexico Board of Legal Specialization, unless the lawyer is also recognized by the board as a specialist in that area of law.
